Next Level Beauty & Barber Supply Refund Policy
1. Hair Products (Weave, Crochet, and Braid Hair)
• All Sales Are Final on hair, including bundles, crochet, and braid hair.
• Exchange Only: Unopened hair products in their original packaging may
be exchanged within 3 days of purchase. Exchanges are allowed for products of equal
or greater value, with any difference paid by the customer.
• Receipt Required: A valid receipt is required for all exchanges.
2. Other Products
• Exchange Policy: Unopened products (excluding hair products) in their
original packaging may be exchanged within 3 days of purchase.
• Opened or used products are not eligible for exchange.
• Receipt Required: A valid receipt is required for all exchanges.
3. Defective or Damaged Products
• If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7
days of receiving the item to initiate an exchange.
• For defective or damaged items, we will provide an exchange once the
item has been returned and inspected.
• Receipt Required: A valid receipt is required for exchanges on defective or
damaged items.
4. Online Orders
• For online orders, please inspect your items upon receipt. If you need to
exchange unopened products, follow the same 3-7-day policy as above.
• Shipping Costs: Customers handle shipping costs associated with
exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged.
• Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect the returned item,
exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days.
• Receipt Required: Please retain your order confirmation email or packing
slip as your receipt for any exchanges on online orders.
